Position Summary
The Events Coordinator coordinates the planning, organization, and execution of all band-related events and activities. This position works closely with the Office Manager to deliver safe, well-organized events, and liaises with the Finance Department to ensure accurate expense allocations.
Duties:
Assist with planning, organizing, and managing all band-related events and activities.
Participate in assessing event needs and developing event plans.
Support the implementation of safe, responsible, and culturally appropriate events.
