Job Description
We are looking for a driven Events Specialist to help shape and deliver high‑impact marketing events across the India region. In this role, you will work closely with senior marketing stakeholders and external partners, playing a key part in planning, coordinating, and executing events that make a real business impact.

What you will do:
• Support planning and execution of marketing events (conferences, seminars, TechDays, webinars, exhibitions)
• Assist with event budgeting and cost tracking for the India region
• Coordinate venues and vendors (research, site visits, negotiations, logistics)
• Support on‑site event execution
• Maintain the marketing events calendar and event checklists
• Help with post‑event reporting and improvements
• Manage print and marketing collaterals
• Work with Pardot, Salesforce, and event management tools
What you bring:
• 3+ years’ experience in Marketing or corporate events
• Hands‑on experience supporting end‑to‑end events
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Comfortable working with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Basic working knowledge of marketing automation & event toolsFlexibility to support events as needed
