Role Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning, organising, and executing our financial market forums, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees, sponsors, and speakers. Key Responsibilities: - Event Planning & Coordination: - Support the end-to-end planning and execution of financial market forums, including venue selection, agenda development, and logistics. - Coordinate invitations and manage attendee registrations, ensuring strong participation from key industry stakeholders. - Liaise with speakers, sponsors, and partners to align on schedules, deliverables, and expectations. - Sponsorship Management: - Assist in identifying and securing event sponsorships, ensuring sponsors receive the agreed advantages and exposure. - Coordinate with sponsors to gather necessary materials, such as logos, visuals, and presentation content. - Content & Design Coordination: - Work with designers to create visually appealing event materials, including banners, brochures, agendas, and invitations. - Ensure all marketing collateral and event visuals align with the Arjun Global brand and event themes. - Event Communications: - Draft and distribute event communications, including invitations, reminders, and follow-ups, to prospective attendees and speakers. - Serve as the primary point of contact for event-re
