Compensation Range: $40 - 47 per hour
Cella is seeking an Event Marketing and Operations Manager to join a prominent Telecommunications company in Philadelphia.
An exciting opportunity awaits a proactive and highly organized individual to manage event marketing and operations across a dozen regions in the US. This role is perfect for someone eager to own and drive projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless execution and measurable impact for various community and large-scale events.
Responsibilities:
Support the brand partnership team, focusing on strategy, management, and experiential aspects for B2B and B2B2C audiences.
Oversee event marketing support, ensuring alignment with the company brand presence at various events, from small community fairs to large-scale initiatives.
Assist with ordering and ensuring efficient use of event assets across multiple locations and events.
Manage event transportation logistics, permits, and cross-country collateral shipping.
Organize and communicate event plans to regional teams, meticulously tracking event assets such as countertops, signage, flyers and more.
Utilize Smartsheets for setting up intake forms and automations to streamline event processes.
Prioritize events based on audience, awareness, and retention goals.
Assist in the development of data collection and intake processes.
Create polished presentations to communicate event support strategies and measurement methodologies for leadership.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of a comprehensive event portal in collaboration with vendors.
Collect performance/event data from regional partners and data teams, assisting in building processing systems and workflows.
Ensure clear communication of key marketing programs internally and with external partners. Become an SME on the companies products and promotions.
Qualifications:
Five years of experience in event marketing and operations.
1-2 years managing event logistics for transportation, shipping and permits.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
Proven event experience, particularly with community events.
Demonstrated proactive approach to work.
Experience with Smartsheets.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to build collaborative partnerships and manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or equivalent.
Experience supporting data gathering and process creation is a nice to have.
