On Site Event Manager for Sporting Events. Manager will prep, load, transport, and setup equipment at football games. Manager will lead local workers at each venue in proper setup and management of equipment during the event. Primary equipment includes: tents, fans, heaters, and conditioned benches.
Must have experience hauling a trailer. Must be able to lift 50pounds, stand for long periods of time, and work outdoors. Qualified applicant must have experience using small hand tools: wrench, screwdriver, electric drill, pvc pipe cutters, socket wrench, etc. Qualified applicant must be comfortable in a loud environment that includes; sound system, fly-overs, pyro-techs, and marching bands. Qualified applicant must be able to pass background check and have valid ID for stadium access. Applicant must also be comfortable interacting with stadium managers, team managers, team trainers, players, first responders, university personnel, and the general public. Weekend opportunity: Friday afternoons-Sunday afternoons (depending on game schedules). Part time contract work with no benefits.
