Job Description
Key Responsibilities:-
1. Handling the exhibitor queries regarding the stall fabrication guidelines, hall structure & operations guidelines
2. Handling venue management/working on the costing
3. Finding the right vendors & hiring the vendors
4. Negotiating the prices with the vendors
5. Coordinating with the fabricator between the client & organizer
6. Getting the hall prepared before the showtime
7. Checking all the vendors work properly
8. Preparing the guidelines for the booth construction for the fabricator & exhibitors
9. Visiting all the tradeshows to improvise the standard of our show
10. Preparing the exhibitor manual
11. Coordinating to organize the technical seminars and conference
