About the job:
Are you passionate about creating unforgettable and seamless events? Do you have a knack for coordinating every detail to perfection? Infinity Solutions is looking for an Event Management Executive to join our dynamic team.
As an Event Management Executive, you will:
1. Plan and execute high-quality events from start to finish, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, and logistics.
2. Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements and tailor each event to their needs.
3. Create comprehensive event proposals and presentations using MS-Office and MS-PowerPoint.
4. Manage event timelines and deadlines to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day.
5. Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and sales, to promote and increase attendance at events.
6. Monitor event performance and gather feedback to continuously improve future events.
7. Utilize your English proficiency to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
