Job Description
End-to-end facility operations, leading customer engagement and delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. Event planning, marketing initiatives, and revenue growth ensure seamless execution of corporate and birthday events.
Key responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day facility operations to ensure smooth functioning and high service standards.
• Lead customer engagement and ensure an exceptional hospitality experience for all guests.
• Interact with customers and brief them about the escape games.
• Support in planning, executing, and following up on conducting events for promotions, marketing, and brand-building.
• Managing and hosting birthday parties, corporate events, and gatherings that come to Breakout.
• Communicate effectively with the customers to drive interest and excitement.
• Customer Service and Hospitality
Experience: 0 to 3 years
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
