Event & Culinary Coordinator
Part-Time,: Approximately 10 Hours per Week
Indulge Natural and Organic Kitchen is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Event & Culinary Coordinator to support our Owner and Executive Chef with the planning and administration of our partnership food-service programs and events.
This is a part-time position averaging approximately 10 hours per week. Hours may vary depending on event schedules and business needs.
Position Overview
The Event & Culinary Coordinator will help ensure that culinary details, event requirements and partnership food-service programs are clearly organized and communicated. This role combines administrative coordination with practical event and kitchen support.
The successful candidate will be comfortable managing paperwork, tracking details, communicating with team members and partners, and helping the Owner and Executive Chef stay organized across multiple events and service locations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate culinary paperwork and event-specific food-service details.
Prepare and maintain kitchen order sheets, event summaries, production information and service instructions.
Review event details to ensure menus, quantities, dietary requirements, timing and service expectations are accurately documented.
Support partnership food-service programs and maintain communication with venue or community partners.
Track food orders, additions, changes and onsite sales information for invoicing and internal records.
Assist the Owner and Executive Chef with scheduling, planning and administrative follow-up.
Collect and organize menu information, plating notes, photographs and service standards.
Communicate event updates to kitchen, service and administrative team members.
Help identify missing information, deadlines or potential service concerns before an event.
Assist with event setup, culinary coordination or onsite support as required.
Complete other reasonable administrative and event-related duties.
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple events, deadlines and changing priorities.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable using email, shared documents, spreadsheets and online calendars.
