eShop Coordinator

Full job description
As our eshop Coordinator, you’ll be the mastermind behind our online store, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. From managing inventory and updating product listings to interacting with our valued customers, you'll play a crucial role in our success.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about e-commerce and also has a knack for building strong relationships with customers, as you’ll assist in the sales growth of Lindt’s eShop by leading their B2B channel.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

Maintain and update our online store with the latest products and promotions
Collaborate with our marketing team to create engaging content and campaigns
Develop and implement strategies to boost B2B sales
Provide exceptional customer service and support to our B2B clients
Analyse sales data and generate reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Manage the Retail eShop customer service
We are looking for an individual with:

Tertiary qualifications in Business or Digital Marketing
Experience in B2B sales highly regarded
Strong time management (multi-tasking skills, prioritising)
Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication skills (ability to present both internally and externally)
Intermediate Microsoft suite skills (advanced Excel skills highly regarded)
