About the Role
This is a people-focused, non-desk-based role designed to develop you into a confident, capable leader through real-world experience.
From day one, you’ll work on live campaigns, learning how commercial strategies are executed, measured, and improved in fast-paced environments.
You’ll be comfortable with:
• Daily communication with customers, clients, and mentors
• Representing brands professionally and ethically
• Handling rejection positively and building resilience
• Working toward individual and team performance goals
You’ll begin by learning core fundamentals such as:
• Sales and customer engagement
• Market communication and customer acquisition
• Understanding client objectives and value propositions
• Performance tracking and campaign reporting
As you progress, you’ll gain exposure to:
• Leadership and team motivation
• Managing and supporting small teams
• Business decision-making and commercial strategy
Training & Development
We don’t expect you to arrive as a manager — we train you to become one.
You’ll receive:
