● Planning the curriculum and lesson plans
● Implementing progressive teaching methods to foster meaningful learning
● Understanding and guiding student behaviour through positive guidance techniques
● Conducting ongoing assessment methods to gauge and support student learning
● Engaging in parent communication, collaboration and education for a two-way school-home partnership
● Collaborating with other teachers for developing a well-coordinated and high quality system
● Reflecting on teaching and gaining new knowledge through various professional development opportunities
Contributing to school-wide activities such as events, celebrations, extra-curricular projects, SEL initiatives, etc., based on own talents and interests
