About the internship/job:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Supporting the content development and psychological assistance team 2. Working on content development and psychological assistance position has been created to support the daily requirements of our clients and generate innovative service and content ideas that will feature in our app and website 3. Delivering quality customer care support to clients who avail therapy services on our platform 4. Producing content for the 6 different programmes offered in the InnerHour App 5. Writing creative blogs on various topics related to mental health 6. Working closely with InnerHour therapists to produce research for various emotional wellness workshops 7. Responding to client feedback so as to provide high-quality client care improve our services 8. Generating leads and following up with clients +. Setting processes and protocols and continually refining them for delivering the best experience for the customer

Only those students or freshers can apply who:

are available for the part time job/internship (it may be part time in-office or part time at home/work from home online)

have relevant skills and interests

can start the part time job/internship between 6th Feb'1+ and 8th Mar'1+

are available for duration of 3 months

have already graduated or are currently in any year of study

are from Mumbai and neighboring cities

Other requirements:
