Endocrinologists Required for EmpanelmentDigital Health Platform – United States
A leading US-based digital health platform is inviting experienced Endocrinologists to join its specialist panel for virtual patient consultations and long-term metabolic health management.
Position
Consultant Endocrinologist – Telehealth
Experience Required
5–10 years of clinical experience in endocrinology, diabetes management, or metabolic health.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct virtual consultations for patients with endocrine and metabolic health conditions.
• Evaluate patients’ medical history, symptoms, laboratory reports, medications, and treatment progress.
• Provide evidence-based clinical recommendations and personalized treatment plans.
• Support patients with conditions such as:
• Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes
• Prediabetes
• Obesity and metabolic syndrome
• Thyroid disorders
• Insulin resistance
• Polycystic ovary syndrome
• Lipid and other endocrine disorders
• Review blood glucose readings, HbA1c reports, CGM data, and other relevant diagnostic results.
• Recommend medication adjustments, investigations, and specialist referrals where clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with nutritionists, diabetes educators, health coaches, and other members of the multidisciplinary care team.
• Document consultations and clinical recommendations accurately on the digital health platform.
• Follow applicable clinical protocols, patient privacy requirements, telehealth guidelines, and quality standards.
• Participate in periodic clinical reviews and case discussions when required.
Eligibility Criteria
• MBBS with MD/DNB in General Medicine and DM/DNB or an equivalent recognized qualification in Endocrinology.
• Minimum of 5 years of post-specialization clinical experience preferred.
• Strong experience in managing diabetes, obesity, thyroid disorders, and related metabolic conditions.
• Experience with teleconsultation or digital health platforms will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with Continuous Glucose Monitoring and technology-enabled diabetes management is desirable.
• Valid medical registration and relevant professional credentials.
• Any additional licensing or credentialing required for the assigned patient geography must be fulfilled.
• Excellent communication, clinical documentation, and patient-counselling skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate, ethical, and evidence-based care through virtual consultations.
