Job Description
Position : Electrical Technician & Mechanical Technician
Location : Delhi
Qualifications: ITI / Diploma in Electrical/Diploma in Mechanical
Experience : 3+ Years
As an Electrical Technician, candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical components within baggage handling systems (BHS) at airports and transportation hubs.
Responsibilities:
Electrical Installation: Assist in the installation and testing of electrical wiring, control panels sensors, and other electrical components within the baggage handling system.
Electrical Maintenance: Perform tasks of electrical tasks to ensure system preparedness .Conduct repairs and replacements as needed. Troubleshooting: Assist in diagnosing and resolving electrical issues, including conducting diagnostics and troubleshooting procedures. Collaborate with senior technicians and engineers to solve complex problems.
Mechanical Installation: Assist in the mechanical assembly, alignment, and adjustment of conveyor systems, motors, gears, and other mechanical components within the baggage handling system. Ensure compliance with engineering plans, safety standards, and project deadlines. Mechanical Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and inspections of mechanical components. Conduct repairs and replacements as needed.
Quality Assurance: Assist in conducting inspections and quality checks to ensure electrical components meet required specifications and safety standards. Report any deviations or deficiencies promptly.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of electrical maintenance activities, equipment specifications, and repairs. Assist in generating reports and documentation for clients and internal use.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to minimize the risk of electrical accidents and injuries during installation and maintenance activities. Implement safety measures and best practices in all electrical tasks.
Experience in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting. Basic knowledge of electrical systems and components. Ability to work under the guidance of senior technicians and engineers. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures. Willing to travel as per project sites requirements.
