Somatic MEP is looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman / Forewoman to join our electrical division. We are experiencing fantastic growth, and want you to grow along with us.

Job Summary:
As the Foreman / Forewoman, you will be integral to the daily management and supervision of our projects on site. Your role will involve leading a team of skilled workers, ensuring that all tasks are executed safely, efficiently, and within the constraints of the budget and schedule. Your expertise will be vital in upholding the highest standards of quality and safety on site.
Responsibilities:
Lead, direct, and manage the daily activities of the electrical crew on-site to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
Coordinate with your supervisor, other trades, and subcontractors to ensure timely and effective project execution.
Material ordering, management, and organization.
Problem solving, troubleshooting, and conflict resolution
