Job Description
The Opportunity
Are you a qualified Early Years Educator ready to bring energy, creativity and genuine care to a purpose-built centre? We're looking for Certificate III and Diploma-qualified educators to join our centre — people who love what they do and want to grow with a forward-thinking organisation.
Your hourly rate will be negotiated based on your qualifications and experience, plus access to our Worker Retention Payment.
Noting we are looking for two diploma qualified Educators and one certificate III qualified educator.

1. This role is NOT eligible for employer-sponsored visas (visa sponsorship). You must already hold the right to work in Australia. 2. On this occasion, we are unable to accept applicants working towards their Certificate III qualification, or applicants whose only qualification is a Graduate Diploma or Masters of Teaching without the required experience (see below). 3. Our centres operate extended hours. Whilst we do our best to be flexible, candidates must be available to work opening shifts, closing shifts, or both. We are unable to accommodate school-hours-only availability.

Plan and implement engaging educational programs aligned to each child’s individual needs.
Build meaningful relationships with children and families, fostering a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere.
Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and uphold a safe, nurturing environment.
Contribute to the centre’s positive culture and collaborative team.
Essential Requirements:
Qualifications
Completed Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
OR Graduate Diploma / Masters of Teaching with a minimum 2–3 years’ Educator experience in a long day care setting within Australia
Certificates & Checks
Working with Vulnerable People (ACT), mandatory
National Child Safety Training (GECCKO), mandatory
RRHAN Fundamentals & Masterclass (SA), mandatory
Training to respond to child abuse and neglect (ACT)
First Aid & CPR (HLTAID004)
Asthma Management Certificate
Anaphylaxis Certificate
