Job Summary
The Education Programs Coordinator supports the planning, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs and initiatives. This role works closely with internal teams, instructors, partners, and participants to ensure programs run smoothly and meet organizational goals. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about education and community engagement.
Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day operations of education programs, workshops, and events
Assist with program planning, scheduling, and logistics
Communicate with instructors, facilitators, partners, and participants
Maintain program calendars, databases, and participant records
Support curriculum development and program materials preparation
Track attendance, collect feedback, and assist with program evaluation and reporting
Provide administrative support, including registration, correspondence, and documentation
Assist with outreach, marketing, and promotion of programs as needed
Ensure programs comply with organizational policies and applicable regulations
Support continuous improvement of programs based on data and participant feedback
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Social Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
1–3 years of experience in program coordination, education, or administrative support
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 per year
