Education Manager for Beauty
Job Description
This position directly supports the Manager - Hair, Beauty & Makeup and peers in Hair, Beauty & Makeup Business Area in managing and leading the implementation of Operational excellence, business growth and opportunities that enhance the Institute’s reputation and meets industry and community needs in the course areas as designated.
The incumbent is a key member of the Hair, Beauty & Makeup Business Area and Education Manager Network within Chisholm and provides contemporary teaching and learning leadership and expertise in their subject matter area and educational excellence.
ABOUT YOU
You are a highly motivated individual with well-developed skills in transferring knowledge, including the ability to research, select and use a wide range of learning resources and assessment tools.
Qualifications required for the role:
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or qualifications that meet the Standards for RTOs 2015
Certificate IV or Diploma in a relevant discipline
Registration with relevant professional bodies as required for the teaching discipline
A record of Vocational Competency, mapped to Units of Competency engaged to deliver
A record of Professional Currency, demonstrating current industry and teaching knowledge
