Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to enhance student outcomes
Provide coaching and mentoring to teaching staff
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement Individualised Learning Plans (ILPs)
Manage NCCD process and ensure compliance
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

English teaching experience, preferably with a focus on literacy outcomes
Leadership potential, with excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members
Experience in developing and implementing Individualised Learning Plans (ILPs)
Proficiency in using technology to enhance teaching and learning
