Daughter Earth (www.daughter.earth) is a clean beauty brand based in Hyderabad. We are looking for a full-time Ecommerce and Marketing Associate /Manager to join us. The role has two primary responsibilities:Account Management: Responsible for driving growth and expansion across social channels.Marketing: Responsible for Daughter Earths discoverability, content strategy and execution, and brand positioning.Marketing:Lead all marketing initiatives other than programmatic ads.Own content strategy, social media, and influencer relationships.Conceptualise, plan and execute creative, timely and nimble launches and all tasks associated with the launches such as photoshoots, creative assets, PR, influencer seeding etc.Manage marketing activations to maximize Daughter Earths discoverability, engagement, and conversion across eCommerce partners.Manage marketing budgets across all partner channels and ensure that the product rankings of our best sellers and core products are consistently improving with time on all the eCommerce platforms and on the web in general.Requirements:Bachelors degree with 2 yrs of account managing experiencePassionate about wellness and clean beautyPositive attitude, go-getter, and good at heart. We are looking for someone who matches Daughter Earths values first and foremost.Experience in managing relationships with agencies and eCommerce partners such as Amazon, Nykaa would be valued, but not mandatoryAttention to detail, customer service orientation and creativity in problem-solvingLocation: kukatpally, Hyderabad. This is NOT a remote position.
