The Role: Ecommerce Trade Lead The Ecommerce Trade Lead is responsible for driving online trade performance and optimising the customer journey.
This role leads the execution of product launches, merchandising, promotional campaigns, and site content updates to maximise conversion and revenue. In addition to owning the weekly trade calendar, the Trade Specialist also supports UX and CRO enhancements and is responsible for localised merchandising strategies to align with regional buying behaviours and seasonal shifts.

Execute weekly updates across homepage, PLPs, navigation, and content blocks aligned to product launches and promotional activity
Build and deliver the regional trade calendar and ensure timely implementation of all planned campaigns and promotions
Collaborate with retail and merchandising team to deliver a search and merchandising strategy that drives engagement and sales
Identify opportunities for regional localisation of product merchandising, styling curation, and customer navigation
Curate and update collections to reflect seasonal, promotional, and regional relevance
Brief and QA regional website creative assets (banners, content modules)
Collate and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly trade performance reports utilising GA4, Shopify Analytics and ERP data
Analyse performance insights to inform content adjustments, homepage strategy, and merchandising updates
Support with briefing and delivery of the CRO and UX enhancements, including brief creation, UAT testing, and release deployment
Share learnings across hemispheres to support global alignment and knowledge sharing
Identify and resolve user experience pain points and test opportunities based on trade analysis
Work cross-functionally with CRM, Paid Media, and Creative teams to ensure integrated execution of site activity
On your first day, we expect you already have:
2+ years experience in Ecommerce, site merchandising, and trading, ideally in fashion or retail
Experience with Shopify and Google Analytics
Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data and draw actionable insights
High attention to detail and customer first mindset
Comfortable managing workflows and coaching supporting team members in a fast-paced environment
Strong cross-functional communication and briefing skills
