E-commerce Executive – Order Processing & Operations (Jaipur – Vaishali Nagar)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage daily order processing, dispatch operations, and FBA/warehouse shipments across multiple online marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra,Meesho along with strong coordination and reporting skills.

Experience: 1–5 years preferred in E-commerce operations

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Order Processing

Handle order flow from all marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, website).
Download order reports, update status, and coordinate pick-ups.
Ensure timely order confirmation, packing list preparation, and label printing.
2. Dispatch & Logistics Management

Prepare parcels for courier handover.
Coordinate with logistics partners for timely pickups.
Track shipments and resolve any delivery disputes or issues.
Maintain dispatch logs and daily MIS.
3. FBA / Warehouse Shipment Handling

Create Amazon FBA shipments, manage labels, and coordinate delivery to Amazon fulfilment centers.
Prepare inward documents and item packing as per marketplace guidelines.
Monitor stock levels and replenish inventory when required.
4. Reporting & Coordination

Generate daily/weekly order and dispatch reports.
Coordinate with warehouse, packing team, and management for smooth operations.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and marketplace communication.
Skills & Requirements

Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal.
Good understanding of e-commerce order cycle & logistics.
Basic Excel skills (VLOOKUP, filters, reports).
Strong communication and organisational abilities.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Graduation preferred.
Salary Range

Salary will be offered based on the candidate’s experience

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
