Job Summary
We’re looking for a technology-driven E-Commerce & Customer Experience Manager to oversee our Shopify website and online operations. This person will manage product listings, process online orders, coordinate shipping, provide excellent customer service, and help grow our online sales.
Responsibilities
* Manage and update the Shopify website.
* Add new products, pricing, and promotions.
* Process and fulfill online orders.
* Coordinate shipping and tracking.
* Respond to customer emails, phone calls, and online inquiries.
* Manage returns and exchanges.
* Monitor website performance and recommend improvements.
* Maintain accurate online inventory.
* Assist with email marketing and promotional campaigns.
Qualifications
* 2+ years of Shopify experience.
* Experience with e-commerce order fulfillment.
* Strong customer service skills.
* Knowledge of Shopify apps and integrations.
* Experience with SEO and digital marketing is a plus.
* Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Pay: $800.00 - $1,300.00 per week
