Your new role
• Manage the end-to-end process of administration client uploads onto the relevant eBilling platforms as requested
• Maintenance of eBilling mailboxes and ensuring queries are resolved on a timely basis
• Client reconciliation reports are updated and maintained on a regular basis.
• Provide a high level of professional customer service to internal and external customers appropriate to a highly regarded international Law Firm
• The ability to challenge key stakeholders both internal and external and build and maintain relationships
• Ensure client accruals are entered into the eBilling platforms timely and accurately based on clients timeframes

What you'll need to succeed
• Accounts department experience, including reconciliation experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent data input skills with first-time accuracy
• Good IT skills and experience in financial applications. General technological awareness
• Experience of legal billing (preferred)
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience of working in a multi-currency environment (preferred)
• Experience of working in a shared service environment (preferred)
• Competent Excel and Word user
