Job Description
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
As the Deputy Manager for the Front Axle (K2 Project) at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, you will be entrusted with overseeing critical aspects of engine assembly, testing, and performance evaluation to ensure alignment with production volume, quality, and cost objectives. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading the team to achieve production targets, ensuring excellent quality standards, and delivering cost efficiency without compromising customer satisfaction both internally and externally.
Mentoring peers and to 10 years of substantial experience for diploma holders, demonstrating extensive knowledge of manufacturing workflows, team leadership, and operational excellence.
Experience working within dynamic, high-volume production environments, coupled with demonstrated success in process optimization, team development, and cross-departmental collaboration, will position candidates favorably to excel in this role.
