Responsibilities include developing organizational development plans, collaborating with Centers of Excellence for manpower planning, learning and development, and employee engagement.
The selected individual will analyze HR data to inform people plans, drive engagement initiatives, and design reward and recognition programs.
Additionally, they will be responsible for performance management and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
