The Affluent Propositions Lead is responsible for developing, managing, and enhancing products and services targeted at affluent and high-net-worth (HNW) customers. This role involves designing a compelling value proposition, driving customer acquisition and engagement strategies, and ensuring alignment with the bank's overall wealth management and retail banking objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Proposition Development:
• Develop and implement a competitive and differentiated affluent banking proposition.
• Design exclusive banking benefits, personalized wealth management solutions, and premium customer experiences.
• Work closely with stakeholders (e.g., product, marketing, and digital teams) to ensure seamless execution.
Customer Experience Engagement:
• Enhance the customer journey for affluent clients through superior service, digital solutions, and concierge offerings.
• Identify customer needs through research and insights to develop tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with relationship managers and wealth advisors to optimize service delivery.
Product Service Innovation:
• Drive innovation in banking products such as premium accounts, investment solutions, credit cards, and lending options tailored for affluent clients.
• Leverage digital platforms and fintech partnerships to enhance customer experience.
• Ensure regulatory compliance in all proposition designs and offerings.
Sales Marketing Collaboration:
• Work with sales teams to develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
• Design and execute marketing campaigns targeting the affluent segment.
• Conduct competitor analysis to ensure market-leading positioning.
Performance Monitoring Reporting:
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to affluent banking growth and customer engagement.
• Use analytics to measure the effectiveness of propositions and recommend improvements.
Key Qualifications Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• 12-15 years of experience in wealth management, retail banking, or financial services, with a focus on the affluent customer segment.
• Strong understanding of affluent customer needs, banking products, and wealth management solutions.
• Experience in proposition development, product management, or customer experience design.
