Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Caller at FLP Consulting. The Caller will be responsible for performing daily outreach calls to potential clients, providing information about our consulting services, and scheduling appointments for our consultants. This role is based in Ahmedabad, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications
• Strong verbal communication and phone etiquette skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to effectively communicate in both English and Spanish
• Experience in sales or customer service
• Proficiency in using CRM software and databases
