Check the accuracy, completeness, and validity of documents as per the company's verification guidelines.
Conduct background checks and cross-verification through authorized portals or databases.
Ensure timely completion of verification tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Maintain records of verification results and escalate discrepancies or suspicious documents to the concerned department.
Communicate with internal teams or external clients for clarification or additional documentation, if needed.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality standards.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on verification status and outcomes.
Stay updated on changes in verification policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
