Job Purpose
• Daily/Monthly Sales productivity tracking vs budget and key business metrics
• Rewards and Recognition
• Regional Dashboards

Key Accountabilities
• Reconciliation of data from multiple sources
• Annual target setting before year beginning and daily/ monthly tracking at various levels against budgets
• Analyse potential problem areas and present to business to assist pre-emptive actions
• Publish individual, region, cluster and branch level performances

Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Track actuals vs targets for key business metrics at various levels
• Sending monthly finance and other data in specific data format with Group
• Budget exercises need to be done at Branch, Cluster, Region and product wise

Education / Preferred Qualifications
• Graduate / Post Graduate Computer Science/IT/Engg

Core Competencies
• Hands on experience in Data Management and Business Analytics
• Proficient in SQL, MS Excel and Python and basic SAS
• Team player
• A positive, enthusiastic, committed and ‘can do’ approach
• Strong academic background
• Should be self -motivated and adaptable
• Should be focused and well organized

Technical Experience and Competencies
• Good Understanding of Banking Products and KPIs
• Programming Expertise in SQL, SAS; Preferable – Python
• Proficiency in Visualisation Tools like QlikView / Tableau and MS Excel
• Good written and oral communication skills.
