Dispatch Technician Location: Pune India Job Type: fixed term Contract position for 6 Months. Summary: The Dispatch Technician is responsible for communicating all aspects of dispatch scheduling of Field Service Technicians for both Installation and Repairs. This communication will occur via phone, email, chat, system-generated work items, and notes with our customers, dispatch vendors, and other employees. Key Responsibilities: Efficiently and accurately manages inbound and outbound calls and chats from all customers; both internal and external. • Effectively communicate dispatch times, dates, and technical requirements to our dispatch vendors. • Provide the highest standards of Customer Service in all situations. • Escalate, as required, to Management. • Operate in multiple systems and/or databases as required. • Works with internal peer teams to assist with dispatch scheduling. • Assist in fulfillment of Certificate of Insurance for onsite dispatches working with Building management, Technicians and Insurance provider. Required Qualifications: One year or more job experience in a similar industry in an inbound call center role. • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written). • Logical problem-solving and analysis skills. • Use initiative and be proactive. • Having an ownership mentality. • Ability to multitask, prioritize and work in a pressured and sometimes stressful and dynamic environment. • Must be adaptable and flexible in dealing with a variety of people and situations. • Ability to work extra hours as needed. • Must be a team player. • Ability to work on rotating shifts to include weekend shifts as required. • Familiarity with basic Telecommunication language and concepts. • Expert - Intermediate Level experience with PCs including Microsoft Office suite. • Work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
