We are currently seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Marketing and Communications to lead the development and execution of firmwide marketing initiatives that strengthen and elevate our brand across all platforms. This role is responsible for shaping and implementing an integrated marketing and communications strategy, including public relations, graphic design, digital and print content, and event programming, that supports go-to-market objectives, reinforces the firm’s vision, culture, and strategic goals, and ensures consistent messaging across internal and external channels.
The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on marketing and communications leader with experience developing integrated marketing and communications strategies that strengthen brand positioning and support firmwide initiatives across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:
Direct the development of visual and written content by collaborating with the CBDO, the creative team, the communications team, and external vendors to drive and support campaigns and collateral needs.
Develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy that strengthens the firm’s brand, supports business objectives and firmwide strategic plan goals, and enhances market positioning across all channels.
