Role - Presentation Specialist
Location: Delhi
Experience: 2–5 Years

About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented PPT Specialist who can transform complex information, ideas, and data into visually compelling and impactful presentations. The ideal candidate should have strong PowerPoint skills, an eye for design, and the ability to work on presentations under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
• Create, design, and format high-quality presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Develop visually engaging pitch decks, client presentations, proposals, credentials, and internal presentations.
• Convert complex information and data into clear, structured, and easy-to-understand slides.
• Maintain consistency in branding, layouts, typography, and visual identity across presentations.
• Work closely with PR, client servicing, business development, and creative teams to understand presentation requirements.Create charts, infographics, diagrams, timelines, and other visual elements to enhance presentations.
• Revamp existing decks while maintaining the core content and improving their overall visual appeal.
• Manage multiple presentation requests and deliver within tight timelines.
• Stay updated with current presentation design trends and best practices.
Required Skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint is essential.
• Good understanding of presentation design, layouts, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools will be an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines.
