The Director, Manufacturing Supply Chain will play a critical role in formalizing the company’s production processes and procedures while overseeing and optimizing all manufacturing operations and supply chain activities.

Director of Manufacturing Responsibilities:
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient production of high-quality products.
• Oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, and quality control
• Manage end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance profitability, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiency
• Set schedules and timelines that adhere to company sales objectives
• Report on manufacturing activities and key performance indicators (KPIs) ensuring accurate and timely reporting

Director of Manufacturing Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Proven experience in a manufacturing management role
• Strong knowledge of complex assembly manufacturing processes, lean methodologies, and supply chain best practices
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions
• Ability to skillfully manage, develop, motivate, and direct others within a fast-paced and dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
