Director of Influencer Marketing
Job Description
• Identify, research, and onboard influencers aligned with the brand's target audience.
• Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, contracts, and campaign timelines.
• Coordinate content approvals and ensure brand guidelines are followed.
• Track campaign KPIs including reach, engagement, impressions, clicks, and conversions.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging creators.
• Manage influencer databases and maintain long-term creator relationships.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, design, and performance marketing teams.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems and social media trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with influencer marketing and analytics tools.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
