About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned marketing professional to leverage their expertise in performance marketing to drive business growth and maximize course enrollments. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing customized marketing strategies that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Management: Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their business objectives, challenges, and current strategies.
Marketing Strategy Development: Analyze business requirements and devise data-driven marketing strategies to increase revenues and maximize course enrollments.
Tactical Recommendations: Provide expert advice and recommendations on marketing tactics, such as SEM, social media advertising, landing page optimization, email marketing, content creation, influencer partnerships, and other relevant channels.
Campaign Optimization: Review and monitor marketing campaigns to identify areas for improvement, optimize conversion rates, and increase return on investment (ROI).
Collaborative Support: Work closely with the category and analytics team to align performance marketing strategies and ensure seamless campaign execution.
Reporting: Maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports for multiple business categories and campaign types. Analyze performance trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing roles, with a focus on managing Google and Facebook ads. Consulting experience is preferred.
Expertise: Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with a track record of successfully implementing marketing campaigns across various channels.
Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis and able to interpret marketing metrics to make data-driven decisions.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate marketing recommendations and strategies.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, social media management tools, App Analytics platforms, and Data Visualization tools.
