About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist with proven expertise in YouTube and performance marketing to drive user acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end campaign execution, including funnel creation, performance tracking, and ROI optimization.



Experience in the IIT JEE, NEET, or EdTech sector is a strong advantage.



Key Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and optimize YouTube Ads and performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook Instagram), and programmatic advertising.
Design and implement full-funnel marketing strategies, including lead generation, conversion optimization, and retargeting campaigns.
Monitor key performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates, and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and user flows to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Implement and manage tracking systems using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other attribution tools to measure and report campaign performance accurately.
Develop and execute remarketing and audience segmentation strategies to maximize engagement and retention.
Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging best practices to improve marketing efficiency.
SEO knowledge is a plus, particularly in optimizing landing pages for improved organic traffic and paid campaign efficiency.


Requirements

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in YouTube Ads and performance marketing.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
Strong understanding of marketing funnels, audience segmentation, and conversion rate optimization.
Experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and tracking pixel implementation.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize accordingly.
Experience in EdTech, IIT JEE, or NEET-related marketing is an added advantage.
Ability to independently manage, track, and optimize campaigns for maximum efficiency.
