Are you looking to break into digital marketing and sales, but stuck in the "need experience to get experience" loop? This 45-day intensive apprenticeship is built to skip passive theory and put you directly behind live campaigns.
You will work 4–5 hours daily under direct 1-on-1 mentorship, mastering strategy, high-converting content creation, user research, and live sales pitching.
What You Will Learn & Build (Hands-On Mentorship)
• Market Strategy & UX: Build complete User Personas, customer journeys, and target market analyses.
• Content Creation: Script, shoot, and edit high-engaging short-form video reels, graphics, and social posts.
• Sales Execution: Draft compelling sales pitch decks/scripts, manage lead pipelines, and handle real client outreach.
• Digital Marketing Operations: Execute multi-channel campaigns with continuous performance tracking.
Program Structure & Rewards
• First 45 Days (Learning & Execution Phase): Unpaid mentorship & portfolio-building track. Earn direct cash commissions on closed sales from Day 1.
• Post-45 Days (Paid Progression): Transition into a paid monthly stipend role based on hitting core project deliverables, plus a LinkedIn Recommendation & Official Completion Certificate.
