Key responsibilities:
1. Work on understanding and creating YouTube content and organic marketing strategy
2. Work on optimizing video content and YouTube channels
3. Work on the YouTube channel's growth and user engagement
4. Work with YouTube optimization tools and various Youtube APIs
5. Work on video on-page metadata fixing and off-page optimization
6. Work on promoting YouTube live stream
7. Work on competitor channels and video analysis
