We are seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing & Community Coordinator to help grow a Montréal-based digital business.
You will support social media, content production, community engagement, creator outreach, local partnerships, and user acquisition campaigns. This is an in-person role for someone who can move quickly, communicate confidently, and turn ideas into measurable results.
Responsibilities
Plan and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
Film, edit, and repurpose short-form videos and visual content.
Engage with the online community and maintain timely, professional communication.
Identify and contact relevant creators, influencers, and local businesses.
Coordinate collaborations, partnerships, campaigns, and local activations.
Develop practical campaigns to attract and activate new users.
Maintain a weekly content and outreach calendar.
Track results including reach, engagement, leads, conversions, and user acquisition.
Test new ideas and improve campaigns based on performance data.
Support other marketing initiatives as the business grows.
Requirements
One or more years of practical experience in digital marketing, social media, content creation, community management, or a related role.
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, short-form content, and current social trends.
Ability to film and edit polished content using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Able to work independently and execute without constant supervision.
Comfortable contacting creators and businesses and representing the company professionally.
Based in or near Montréal and available to work in person.
English required; French is a strong asset.
