About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly motivated and engaged Campaign Manager as a part of our enterprise sales team to drive customer acquisition and retention to drive customer engagement and loyalty across focused Industries.
Responsibilities:
You would have following Roles and Responsibilities as a campaign manager:
Strategize customer acquisition and retention of customers via online channels such as emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and website with direct accountability for revenue growth and increase in the number of customers transacting with Cogoport.
• Acquisition: Run campaigns on focused customers to elicit response, enhance top of the mind recall and enhance communication with customers of enterprise sales team.
• Schedule and manage email/WhatsApp campaigns: Plan campaigns in advance, prepare campaign schedules and run campaigns as per requirement of each industry to engage customers.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with data team, marketing communication manager and events manager to run effective campaigns that yield fruitful results.
• Retention: Take customer feedback on regular basis to enhance their trust in Cogoport and resolve conflicts.
Qualifications:
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s in engineering or business field. Diploma in Logistics or any related discipline would be an advantage; MBA in marketing is preferred.
• Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience and proven track record in managing digital communication tools.
• Knowledge and certifications: Prior understanding of enterprise sales cycle and employee engagement.
• Skillset: Excellent time management skills, strong communications and interpersonal skills, Process-orientation, and business acumen.
