Job Description
The HR Associate is a combination of a Human Resource Associate and a Human Resource Officer. This role serves primarily as administrative support to the HR Manager and Associate HR Manager, reviewing or analyzing reports and organizing data for higher-level personnel.

HR Associate Responsibilities:
Ø Communicating with potential job candidates.
Ø Contacting candidate references and verifying education listings.
Ø Managing HR records including, résumés, applicant logs, and employee forms.
Ø Issuing employment contracts and verifying completion.
Ø Issuing new employees with enrollment documents.
Ø Conducting employee orientations.
Ø Explaining employee benefits.
Ø Responding to HR-related queries within the company.
Ø Maintaining employee confidentiality.
Ø Assisting with the distribution of training material.
Ø HR Associate Requirements:
Ø Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field.
Ø Previous experience working in human resources.
Ø Knowledge of database software, email systems, and office software.
Ø Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ø Friendly and professional demeanor.
Ø Good organizational skills.
Ø Advanced knowledge of employment law.
