We are seeking a skilled and experienced digital advertising specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and managing paid ad campaigns for our clients across various industries.
Campaign Development Optimization: Plan, create, and manage Facebook and Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic, increase engagement, and improve conversions.
Audience Research Targeting: Conduct thorough keyword research and audience segmentation to identify and reach potential customers.
Performance Monitoring Analysis: Track, analyze, and optimize key performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
Creative Collaboration: Partner with the content and design teams to produce engaging and effective ad creatives that align with brand aesthetics and messaging.
Reporting Strategic Insights: Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvements.
Stay Updated with Trends: Keep up with the latest trends, updates, and best practices in Facebook and Google Ads to ensure campaigns are competitive and effective.
This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in executing high-performance ad campaigns, analyzing results, and using data to optimize future strategies. You will work closely with our marketing and design teams to align ad content with the brand's vision and target audience.

Key Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Facebook and Google Ads Specialist, ideally with a background in digital marketing for eCommerce or fashion brands.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices for paid advertising campaigns.
• Proficiency with Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
• Preferred: Knowledge of SEO, website analytics, and conversion rate optimization.
• Experience working with eCommerce brands or fashion industry clients.
