Job Title: Test Lead - Banking
We are seeking a skilled Test Lead to spearhead our testing initiatives and ensure the highest quality of our banking solutions.

Job Description:
• Effort estimation for testing projects and allocation of work among test engineers.
• Prepare test strategy documents and obtain sign-off from stakeholders.
• Project coordination and monitoring of test execution.
• Review business scenarios and high-level test conditions.
• Prepare defect analysis reports and status reports.
• Create test design and execution plans, and schedule testing activities.
• Assign tasks to team members and manage workload efficiently.
• Track project milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate with users for inputs, review, and approvals.
• Implement metrics measurement and reporting.
• Report on testing activities, including testing results, test case coverage, and defects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Any graduate with a minimum of 3 years' experience as a test lead.
• Overall experience of 5 years.
• ISTQB certification is preferred.
