Job Description:
As a Dietician at Nirog Hospitals, you will be responsible for assessing patients' nutritional needs and developing personalized meal plans to promote health and manage diseases. Your role will involve collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care, educating patients and their families on nutrition-related topics, and conducting dietary assessments. You will also monitor and evaluate patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their diet plans as needed. Your expertise will be critical in promoting wellness and improving health outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess patients' nutritional needs and develop individualized dietary plans.
Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to create integrated care plans.
Educate patients and families on nutrition, dietary restrictions, and healthy lifestyle choices.
Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting dietary plans as necessary.
Conduct group education sessions and workshops on nutrition topics.
Stay updated on current research in nutrition and dietary practices.
Document and maintain accurate records of patient assessments and dietary plans.
Skills and Tools Required:
Strong knowledge of nutrition science and dietary practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Capability to assess and interpret clinical data effectively.
Proficiency in using dietary assessment software and electronic health records (EHR).
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
Relevant certifications, such as Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or Licensed Dietitian (LD), may be preferred.
Pay: ₹1.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
