Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct remote property valuations using available datasets, comparable sales, and market insights.
• Leverage internal platforms and tools to assess property attributes, pricing trends, and location intelligence
• Validate inputs like property size, configuration, age, amenities, and micro-market trends.
• Prepare valuation reports and provide justification based on data analytics and comparable analysis.
• Collaborate with the AI, Data, and Field teams to refine valuation accuracy.
• Maintain and enrich internal valuation databases with updated property data.
• Support financial institutions, NBFCs, and partners in timely delivery of valuation reports.
• Ensure compliance with valuation standards and company guidelines.
