Provide technical support for desktop systems, hardware, software, and peripherals.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, applications, and network connectivity. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. · Respond to service requests and incidents via ticketing systems within defined SLAs. · Ensure timely updates and patches for systems to maintain security and performance. · Document issues and resolutions for knowledge base and future reference. · Coordinate with other IT teams for escalations and cross-functional support. · Support remote users using remote desktop tools and VPN configurations. · Maintain inventory records of IT assets and ensure compliance with company policies. · Provide onboarding/offboarding support including system setup and access provisioning. · Assist in software deployment and upgrades across user systems. · Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues. · Support end-user training on basic IT tools and security best practices. · Collaborate with vendors for hardware repairs and warranty claims. · Ensure compliance with IT policies and data protection standards. · Participate in audits and documentation for IT asset management. · Maintain backup and recovery procedures for user data when applicable. · Support mobile device management (MDM) and BYOD policies. · Provide VIP support for senior executives and critical users. · Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
