Job Description
• Lead the following HR functions for the organisation - Talent acquisition, Business Partnering, Employee Engagement, L&OD and HR Operations.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the company.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
• Manage a team of competent professionals to attain HR objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Deputy Head of HR should have:
• 20 to 22 years of overall experience in Human Resources.
• Open to Mumbai as a location.
• Candidate should come with experience dealing with the insurance industry.
