Job Summary:

Rana Infracon is looking for a results-oriented Deputy General Manager – Business Development to lead and grow our investor network in the Delhi NCR region. The role demands expertise in investor sales, lead generation, and team leadership within the real estate or infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive business development strategies focused on investor profile lead generation and deal closure.
• Conduct investor meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with key clients and investors.
• Work closely with marketing and internal teams to support business goals.
• Share regular performance reports and market feedback with senior leadership.

Requirements:
• MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in business development, preferably in real estate/infrastructure.
• Strong network of investors in Delhi NCR.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

Compensation:

Competitive CTC + Lucrative Incentives
